Interview
First, received a phone call from one of the Supervisors to setup an appointment for the face to face interview. Showed up to county office and sat at table with 2 other managers. Went over job history and talked about different capabilities with the 2 supervisors that I use during stressful moments.

Applied to their website after seeing an ad on a job board.
Received a call from Minnesota (218 area code) from a representative that was working from home screening applications.
She told me she the company started and basically how the scheduling system works. She the asked of I was okay with that.
After I agreed to everything she told me she would enter me into their system and I would get a series of emails explaining the contrcat book, scheduling system, and a checklist of info I'd need.
Basically you enter your availability in this schedule, and if a client calls for service the company checks availability of local Tech's and sends the service call out to the tech.
