I have given lots of interview recently, trust me it was one of the best interview experience for me.
Interviewer were so calm, supportive and uplifting. After the first round of interview, I was sure that I'm going to join them. They looked for potential and knowledge.
It was 3 Round of interview -
1. Technical
2. Managerial
3. HR
1. Technical -
Most of the question were asked from Core and advanced Java in detail.
Oops, Multi threading, Collection Framework, Internal Working of Hashmap, Steam API, Design Patterns, Spring IOC, Qualifier, RestAPI, Steriotypes etc.
2. Managerial -
Recent Project, Recent Work, Challanges faced, Unit Testing, Resilience Mechanism, CI CD Pipeline, Why Fidelity etc.
3. HR

I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity International (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Feb 2018
Interview
Was interviewed at Fidelity International Gurgaon office on 3rd-feb-2018 for UI Developer.
Applied Online on their Career section.
Each round mentioned below was elimination.
First was an online test sent on mail:-
There was a total of 32(around) MCQ's for 40 min.
It was average test with question on Basic IQ test, followed with Javascript, Html, Css, Backbonejs(1 or 2), Angularjs(1-2).
After clearing it was called for interview in the gurgaon office.
Second round at office was a written test Pen paper based.
Got 12 questions from core javascript concepts, question were average if your javascript concepts are really clear.
Third round was 1-1 interview.
Most of the discussion in this round was based on the solutions i provided for the written test.
It was like detailed dry for each code i wrote and also some question which were based on the approach.
Next was a Managerial round which was totally based on previous exp, why FIL, challenges in previous team, organisation etc.
Final was Hr which was just asking your ctc and expectation.
