Initial call to understand if applicant was a good fit, then a timed test. First call was pretty in-depth about the role and responsibilities. Timed test was given out 48hrs before a scheduled call.

Describe a time you had to manage many difficult projects at once and how you prevented them from failing
Applied online and had 5 interviews within 1 month timeline. Recruiter, US Manager, Indian Team Mate, India Head Ops, India Lead Ops. After all these rounds and investing 1 hour with each member, they rejected without any communication or feedback.
Advice: Don't waste time of candidates and improve your hiring process.

Initial interview with a recruiter. Told to wear a suit and tie over zoom call when interviewer called with casual attire.
Then a pretty in-depth task was sent and to be completed in 24 hours.
After that an interview with one hiring manager. Was told there were additional interviews needed but was ghosted.
