Primo colloquio con HR, dopo uno tecnico dove vanno più in profondità sul tuo curriculum, un terzo tecnico dove ti dicono situazioni tecniche di tipo design system e devi risolverli al di la di un coding challenge. A questo punto si va tutto bene ti invitano a la sede di Maranello dove hai ancora dei challenge tecnici.

Question 1
Scrivere un algoritmo per calcolare il fibonacci di un numero. Spiegare come si può ottimizzare.

Interview
I was recruited by a headhunter for the F1 team (Strategy Department).
1st round (HR): a phone call where you describe yourself.
2nd round (technical): 20 mins introducing yourself technically, 20 mins LeetCode Easy, 20 mins LeetCode Easy.
3rd round (technical): 20 mins LeetCode Easy, 30 mins LeetCode Hard.
4th round (onsite: technical + HR): 30 mins LeetCode Medium, 30 mins System Design, and 30 mins Behavioral.
I failed only because I couldn't finish writing the code for 3 out of 5 LeetCode problems in time.
The onsite interview is only paid for candidates coming from outside Italy.
Overall, it lasted 5 weeks.

LeetCode topics: memoization, two pointers, sliding window, DFS.
System Design: design the system used by their strategy department.
Processo molto lungo fatto da 6/7 step di cui soslo gli ultimi due tecnici, l'ultimo in sede molto approfondito, in inglese. Comunicazione con HR molto difficile e sempre oltre le tempistiche stimate.
