It's just like any other job but there is a paper application to fill out. They call you after receiving the application. You come in and sit down with our HR/Controller and she goes over the job with you and asks questions. It was a very positive experience and the owner happened to come in during the interview and he was super nice too. I didn't feel pressure or too nervous about talking to them as they both seemed very laid back and nice.

I was simply told what the person expected and she listed all her DEMANDS. Very adamant and forceful about her DEMANDS.
