Interview
After an introductory conversation, there was an hour and a half technical interview. It was requested that I provide my own development environment of my choosing, but the interviewers seemed to be offended by some of the developer tools that I used, which struck me as odd. About half of the interview consisted of questions about my previous work experience, and the second half was dedicated to a live coding exercise. The exercise was very open ended and not very well written. I asked a number of clarifications, but was rushed into coding a solution. The interviewers were very argumentative throughout the process, asking questions like "why would you not do it this way instead" rather than try to dig into my thought process. The technical interview did not leave a good impression, as the intention seemed to be to argue and outsmart a candidate rather than assess technical ability. After the coding exercise, they provided only around 5 minutes for me to ask questions of my own.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Felux in Sept 2022

Interview
Do not waste your time interviewing with this company. It is a long process with long periods of time between interviews. (Any competent software developer would find a job much sooner at just about any other company - even a big, slow-moving company.)
In one month, I had two interviews with the same person - introductory and a technical interview. After the technical interview I never heard anything back - not even a "no thanks, not interested". Finally I just told them I wasn't interested. (From another Glassdoor interview review for Felux I just read, I think I got lucky because I didn't waste anymore time than I did. The other poor soul wasted two months interviewing with Felux.)
