Overall a three week process where I spent hours of my own time building a competitive analysis, and a detailed presentation with suggested strategies tailored directly to their business, then I drove over an hour to their corporate hq and they never even responded to my follow up. PLEASE STOP ghosting candidates, the job search is hard enough.
