Same day written exam, technical exam and hr interview. There were 2 HR interviewed me but the other HR distracted me because she was just using her phone and not being professional (red flag). They will give you a take home exam to test your skills and knowledge. I spent one week to finish the project. They told me that they will give me a feedback after 2 weeks after my submission. But, I received a feedback from them after almost one month (red flag again). After almost one month, I received a feedback from them that I passed the exam but there was no available position (disappointed). They were not transparent in the first place and did not discuss that there was no available position. I asked them already with their recruitment process during HR interview but they did not mention that there was no available position and for pooling only.
