The interview process was long as I was just out of college. About 10 meetings overall mainly with district manager. They have a certain mold they try to fit. Be outgoing and aggressive.

Lengthy conversations about life style, upbringing, work ethic, leadership and competitiveness. I am still currently going through the interview process but this has been the basis of most of the questioning so far. They were very open about everything so far and gave me plenty of time to ask questions myself.

Long process that is very in-depth. Will want to meet spouse or parents. 6 month process that is 4-5 interviews. They will want to know multiple references and they will want you to get licensed before hire.
