I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Federal Student Aid in Mar 2017
Interview
Two Rounds of interview along with a government security background check screening. Contacted by recruiter to apply through US Jobs.gov. The interview process was kind of disorganized, but for the most part was enjoyable.
friendly and fair process. very fast hiring time; interviewed on a Monday and received an offer the following Friday. Onboarding process was efficient (friendly HR folks); everything was ready to go. Orientation was helpful; program offices were also prepared to welcome new employees; very well orchestrated and would recommend.
