      Employment Advisor Interview

      12 Nov 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Fedcap Employment (London, England) in Nov 2021

      Interview

Hiring process was very unprofessional. Recruitment team called to speak about an role which was not even applied for. Then they called back regarding the correct role and set an invite for the correct role. The interview was very unprofessional. It was with the recruitment head and the branch manager. When the interview happened, the recruiter went on to explain that the role/scheme JETS which was applied for is infact only temporary due to the fact that they only have the contract until 2022... why post the role as permanent then? The interviewers then continued to constantly interrupt, which was very off putting. Avoid this company at all costs.
