I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FedEx (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview began with a walk through the facility, observing the unload and sort process. After there was a brief informational about what to expect. We were then told, whoever completes the rest of the online application first would be the first called in for the job. A couple hours after I completed my application I got a phone call and was offered the job.

Question 1
Are you able to work a variable part-time schedule?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
