I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx in Mar 2024
Interview
While I would give HR a thumbs up rating, I will tell you not to interview with this company unless you fit into the cookie cutter mold of their current employees. To see what I mean, go look at their LinkedIn page. Regardless of your skills and experience, they are looking for a certain "type" and if you do not fit that mold, don't expect to get past one-on-one interview. I was basically told same by the hiring manager who decided not to proceed with my application. He displayed total disinterest in me from the moment he saw me, and despite having very good answers to all of his questions (and experience that matched exactly and even beyond what the posting required), he never again looked at me and ended the interview perfunctorily.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you made a mistake and what did you do
They use the "STAR" method of interviewing where you respond to behavioral interview questions. You respond by “showing” the hiring manager how you’d handle a situation using examples with a clear beginning, middle, and end for the scenario you present. The acronym STAR stands for –– situation, task, action, result.
