I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at FedEx (Englewood, NJ) in Nov 2015
Interview
If you mean the interview with the recruiter it went good. It started with a general introduction to the group. The recruiter introduced herself as Hilda Velez. Then explained all about the company: salary, benefits, schedules, compensations. The recruiter was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This interview shows us a lot of points we didn't know. There were lots of questions asked and professionally answered. It was a very good experirnce
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
