quite complicated, there are tasks to do to assess if you are good at collaborating during the pre-interview session. you have to be good at English and Chinese. Communication skill is crucial!

Suspect age and experience discrimination. JD was general and open minded, but in reality, they only want a specific type of candidate. They claim they I did not meet the minimum requirements, and do not back up their claims.
