Interview
Was pretty easy, most questions were situational questions. Basically how you handle challenging situations while doing a pickup/delivery. I suggest having some delivery/pickup experience. Many questions were around having that experience, but still could answer successfully if you didn’t have that work experience.

Explain time you went above and beyond to get a task done.
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout. The questions were not too difficult and focused on assessing my basic knowledge, problem-solving ability, and overall fit for the role.

Asked some open ended questions about how you overcame previous issues. First sat in the break room. Then did it with 2 people asking questions. Only 30 minutes long roughly
The interview was short and pretty straight forward. Most of the questions revolve around describing any past work situations where you experience a stressful moment and how you handled it.
