about 15-20 minutes. Easy interview. After that, they will email you background check to fill out. Once check clears they called for orientation schedule. Whole process took about 2-3 weeks .

Question 1
Can you handle physical demands of this job ie loading boxes, warehouse temperatures?
what shift are you available to work?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
