FedEx IT Programmer Analyst interview questions

I interviewed in person and talked to two IT managers. They told me a little bit about the company and what their role is there. They then asked me a series of behavioral questions and didn't really have that much feedback on my answers. They said they were focused on how I can follow through on my stories using the formula: 1. Address the problem. 2. Handle the situation. 3. What was the outcome?
