FedEx Area Manager Hub interview questions

Filled out an application online. Waited about one week before I received a call back to set up a phone interview. Interview was the next day, conducted by two persons. I was first asked to tell them about myself (elevator speech). The hiring personnel then answered a couple questions about the position and gave some of their background with FedEx. interview was based on situations and behaviors as opposed to the typical interview.
