I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Faversham House (East Grinstead, England) in May 2023
Interview
The interview process went smoothly and was well organized. There were two rounds in total. The first round felt like a friendly conversation where we discussed my CV and cover letter in depth, focusing on my experiences and accomplishments. The second round included two writing tasks: one with a longer 2-day deadline and the other done in person. Overall, the interview was demanding, but it let me showcase my skills and abilities effectively.

Question 1
I was asked about my past experiences and skills, how I could help the team, how the team could support me, my work style, and how I could develop as a person and reporter within the team. I've never felt an organisation cared so much about my wellbeing and career growth, which ultimately landed me into taking the job.

After applying through Linkedin, Kelly gave me a call to have an informal chat and offered me an in-person interview for the next week. After that interview, Kelly called me and offered me a second interview the following week. After my second interview I was offered the job on the spot.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Faversham House (East Grinstead, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
I was interviewed twice, by the portfolio director, director of content and talent acquisition manager, and then by the director of sales and director of content. The first interview was fun and I felt there were good vibes. The second interview was more challenging but I did a presentation based on a task that went well and got the job. I appreciated that I was offered the job that afternoon rather than having to sweat it.
