Got this opportunity through a recruiting specialists, overall process took a month. First phone interview was scheduled with director and I was asked things from my resume and previous internship experience. I got a call from recruiting specialists saying that director has a positive feedback and I have been selected for next round with HR. Second phone interview was scheduled with HR and was tested with behavioral questions, internship experience, course projects and HR stuff questions. After a week I got a feedback saying I have been selected for the final round with the team. Third phone interview was scheduled with the team where I was just tested with situational based questions. After few days I received a feedback saying the team is really looking for an experienced candidate. Do they really need a month to judge I'm not experienced?
