Interview
Firstly, I was invited to an assessment center with 5 other student I think. This lasted for a few hours and involved us making presentations, solving some IQ/Personality questions and a 1-1 interview with a HR rep. This was then followed by a 1-1 interview with the finance manager if you get through the assessment stage. The questions for this interview were a lot more technical and related to finance and general integrity of you as an individual.

If you caught a colleague embezzling funds or stealing money from the company, how would you handle it? something along those lines. I had this interview a few years ago, i dont remember the exact questions.

Interview
Sent a CV and cover letter in. Got a reply back inviting me to an assessment centre. Completed a group activity ranking tasks in level of importance. Easy maths test and easy puzzle test. Then had a short interview. Was a nice day overall and the HR were very friendly. Thought the day went well but never heard anything back.
