It was a phone interview. I'm yet to get feedback from them. Their process is long and no follow up email to advice the next stage. All questions were focused on how my previous role relates to the role applied and if I have license and my own car
Applied online on Fastenal careers website, got an email for a 5 minute phone interview. Was asked about 7 questions.Now waiting for call back. No time frame indicated for 2nd interview.

2 rounds of interviews, both taken by the general manager of the branch. The interview process took 2 weeks. Both interviews were online, asking general HR questions. It was a great experience.

Getting the interview was fast and the interview itself went well in my opinion, but the post-interview went terribly. I was asked normal questions for the position, but generally surface level.
I was given empty promises after empty promises after the interview. very unprofessional.
