I applied online. I interviewed at Fast Track Urgent Care Center (Tampa, FL) in Dec 2025
Interview
First interview was a phone call. The 2nd interview was a video zoom call with the recruiter and supervisor. I did well and was offered the position but unfortunately, the pay did not match the posting by a difference of $3-$4 hourly. I had to decline and keep searching for something closer to what I was making at the moment. I was disappointed to hear that the pay listed wasn’t even close to what they offered me.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Track Urgent Care Center (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was multi-step, though not as big a headache as I would have imagined. They were very sweet. They first reached out to me via Indeed after finding my résumé and I confirmed my interest. It was then a series of back and forth messages to set a good date/time to set a Zoom interview, followed by a phone interview the week after. I would've gone with them if they were a little more competitive with their wages, considering what they collect as an urgent care/walk-in clinic. I worked primary care for nearly 20 years, and know that urgent care co-pays are often twice what PCP's collect, not to mention they bill for everything they do in the office (venipunctures, point-of-care, DOT's, etc.). So there's no excuse to provide better pay, especially after learning that they only provide minimal staffing for each location. Do better, TGH. People deserve a living wage for the work they put in.
