The first screening call was just to see if you were able to move and if you were familiar with programming. very non-technical in the beginning. Then they immediately send you an email to schedule your first real interview.

- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
