Online application, many, many emails. The interviewer did not show up for the first interview and did not respond to email or phone message for several days. They eventually responded they had "pink eye" and apologized for missing the video call meeting. We rescheduled for a week later, same thing. The same interviewer did not show up, did not email or call. I did not pursue this opportunity beyond this second no show.
