I had a very negative experience with this company’s hiring process. After applying, I interviewed with three people and followed up multiple times after not hearing back for weeks. Eventually, I was offered the job and completed all onboarding steps, including the background check through HireRight. I also gave my previous employer my two weeks’ notice and received all the equipment from this company.
Three weeks later, after everything seemed finalized, they rescinded the offer due to minor misdemeanor driving tickets from over a decade ago, claiming it was an “integrity issue” because I didn’t disclose or remember the tickets. It was never made clear in the process that old traffic violations would disqualify me, especially after passing the initial background check.
As a result, I was left with no job at all—having already resigned from my previous position based on their offer. The lack of clear communication, transparency, and the poor handling of the situation was unacceptable. Unless you have a spotless record, even regarding old, minor infractions, I would not recommend applying here.
