Step Two is a Zoom Interview with Regional Manager
Step Three is Zoom interview with Regional Manager, Training Manager and SIU Supervisor
At stage two you are asked to participate in realtime video, photo, and shop requested estimates and supplements. This is to see your attention to detail, understanding of complex estimating, knowledge of claims adjusting for betterment & allowance
Step Three will test you on a variety of possible scenarios in which you have to resolve the Claimant concern, shop discrepancy, LOR, and Cycle Time to include claim average severity
Upon successfully passing the first three steps you will be given a conditional offer of employment then shortly emailed your onboarding packet to include an extensive background investigation
