I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group in Oct 2014
Interview
I went in just for more information about a possible customer service role with the company. They wanted to talk to me about an agency owner position so I listened to what they had to say. By the time I left I had a completely new outlook on the company itself and it made me excited for the new possibilities. The interview process was very fast and everybody I met through the company from the receptionist to the owner of the branch were extremely friendly with a no pressure atmosphere of any kind.

Question 1
To be successful it was explained to me that you need to be willing to spend money to make money and in the end depending on your people and relationship building skills it can be a huge return but none the less I was asked if I thought I would be financially able to work there starting from the beginning before getting to the point of reaching those high returns after the initial few months of training was over.
It was pretty good. I think it was great actually. So cool. It was a time I won't ever forget. How could I forget an interview that was for Farmer's insurance at this time in the world?
Yes it was okay and very interesting and had a lot of questions asked. It was time consuming and had lots to do with agent. At the same time it took a couple rounds.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Colorado Springs, CO) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview process was very well organized and put together. We went into a conference room with lounge chairs and a TV screen. It opened with a few questions asking about me and what I knew about the company, then we moved to a slideshow presentation which talked a little about the history of the company and then talked about how to get paid and promoted, and finally closed with a few more questions about what I thought of the process, what I thought about the opportunity to work for Farmers Insurance and finally Why should we hire you as an Agent. Overall I was very happy with the entire process.
