Step by step process, Applied online 7th day of the month Got a call on the 29 of the month I applied (phone screening … sell yourself!) went to the next round Interview 1 on the 6th of the following month with the person that phone screened me and 2 other people (research behavioral interview questions, try to stay on topic and relax don’t be nervous) also ask questions at the end! Next day the 7th I sent a thank you email to the person that phone screened me (very important) She emailed back on the 9th saying I’m going to the next round. The 11th I got an email saying I’m having an interview this week ( round 2) Had my 2nd interview with someone else and 2 other people (more of a get to know you interview, still sell yourself) at the end I asked questions (very important) Next day I did another thank you email and later that day I was offered the position.
