I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group
Interview
Interested in the most recent job experience, was mostly given scenario questions (customer related) as well as some on-the-spot examination (reading scripts, pretending a telephone call). Overall the interviewer was engaging and enthusiastic about my previous jobs and experience. The process was enjoyable and it was more about me asking questions about the position rather than them questioning my qualifications.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (San Gabriel, CA)
Interview
Went in, interviewer spoke to me in English at first but switched to Mandarin because I understand it and it's her native language. It wasn't much of an interview, she just asked to tell her about myself and then went on to the job description, pay, hours, etc.
