Interview
The initial interview conducted by an agent (also serving in a DM role) was informal and more informational on a very general level. --- Upon completing both a background check and skills assessment, I was contacted by an external recruiter hired by Farmers (or the DM...they were related!) - An absolutely unprofessional pr*ck! First question after completing an assignment the day prior via phone was: 'If we were to offer you a job today could you accept/decline upon the offer?' I responded with, 'I could provide an answer by EOD as I would need to discuss with my other half' ---- His response, haven't you already discussed this, does your wife wear the pants in that relationship?'
Thus I declined the offer

It was pretty good. I think it was great actually. So cool. It was a time I won't ever forget. How could I forget an interview that was for Farmer's insurance at this time in the world?
Yes it was okay and very interesting and had a lot of questions asked. It was time consuming and had lots to do with agent. At the same time it took a couple rounds.

Interview
The interview process was very well organized and put together. We went into a conference room with lounge chairs and a TV screen. It opened with a few questions asking about me and what I knew about the company, then we moved to a slideshow presentation which talked a little about the history of the company and then talked about how to get paid and promoted, and finally closed with a few more questions about what I thought of the process, what I thought about the opportunity to work for Farmers Insurance and finally Why should we hire you as an Agent. Overall I was very happy with the entire process.
