Long. Multiple assessments and interviews. Promised the moon only to be ghosted at the end. They also expect you to study and get licensed on your own time and out of your own pocket. I'm sorry but I don't work for free. Pay is very low too. I honestly feel like the whole process was a waste of time and the whole interview process could have been virtual. It is 2025. We don't need all these in person interviews like it is 20-30 years ago. A business that is stuck in the past.
