Local agent talked to me about the position when I was adding some coverage. He asked very few questions, was more about my personality.
I paid for my testing, and started the day I got my license.

Was basic and tedious asking me questions about my prior work history so make sure that I understood the job role. Overall it was not difficult to formulate an answer to the questions.
The interview was professional and conversational. The agent clearly explained the role, expectations, and growth opportunities. I was asked about my communication skills, work ethic, and goals. Overall, it felt welcoming, informative, and focused on long-term potential rather than pressure
Detailed with multiple calls. Explained in detail the onboarding and training processes including the financial obligations with starting an agency. There was a personality test to help determine fit with the company.
