I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Kansas City, KS) in Feb 2014
Interview
3 Stage process involving 2 phone interviews and an onsite interview. First phone interview was short and simple. Second was more detailed but in a very conversational tone. The onsite interview was with a group of applicants. They showed us the site and even sat in on employees during their workdays. Then we were each interviewed by 3 people one on one.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Moline, IL)
Interview
It was very casual, but I had to explain my experiences in working with people, and have an example of what type of "conflict" I had to resolve in a group or project setting. It was a copy paste of a normal interview, but it went more into the introspection of conversing with clientele and was more focused on my productivity and socialization skills
