I applied on their website and within days was called for a phone interview. Set up a phone interview within a week and was told it would be a behavioral based interview and if I was selected to move on they would set up a face to face interview after that.

3 round. Recruiter, panel, in person. Complete waste of time and gas. Not sure what they expect from new candidates when the field is completely new to most applicants especially in an entry level position.
