This seems like a great company so I wouldn't let this review be a reason you wouldn't work/apply there but if your interview experience was anything like mine, it was awful and very unprofessional. The panel I interviewed with asked me questions from a packet they had never looked at prior to my interview. Each person had the exact same set of questions in the packet and they were supposed to take turns asking them. They couldn't remember who's turn it was, had difficulty reading the questions to me, and when I would ask for clarification or if they could be more specific they had no idea. It was painful. I've never had an interview before where the interviewers were not allow to just ask you questions they wanted to know.
Upon leaving I was told I would hear back on Monday the follow week. I did not hear back so I waited for 8 days more and reached out to the manager for an update. She said she hoped to get back to me by Friday. Friday came and went and no reply. Meanwhile I'm trying to keep my phone by me as much as I possibly can, especially on the days I was told I would be contacted. It's very frustrating to have your time so blatantly ignored. It left a sour feeling about if this was foreshadowing for how the manager treated her employees; that didn't matter because the manager finally called me back the following Friday (almost 3 weeks after the original date I was told I would hear back) and told me I didn't get the job. A professional would at least send an email to your candidates and let them know a new date they can expect to hear something if they were unable to call on the day they said they would.
