I was very impressed with the interview process. It was 4 rounds and I met with multiple stakeholders. I appreciated how the interviews were two-way conversations. They asked about my experience, but also told me about the company, role, and team. I especially appreciated how inclusive the process was. At the beginning, there was an option to record how to pronounce your name and select your pronouns. Brooke, my recruiter, is great at her job! She was prompt in her communications and always let me know what to expect for the next round.
