I had 4 rounds of interviews in the following order: One for screening, one technical, one to evaluate the quality of the assignment they imposed, and lastly, one with a manager. All of them went well except for the last one. Unlike the previous interviews, the manager showed up alone and I had a sense that she was not truly interested in learning more about the answers I was giving. Ultimately I was rejected. No feedback was presented as to the reasons for rejection. The email was 80.9% written by AI (Meaning that apart from my name and the closing line, everything else was not written by a human). When I asked for feedback I was ghosted. Overall a very dehumanizing experience. Especially given how much of my personal time I invested in their application.
