Interview
I applied halfway into December and received an email a few days before Christmas saying they would be scheduling initial phone interviews after the holidays. Not long after I was scheduled with one of their recruiters for a 30 minute phone interview. I heard back a couple days later and was scheduled for an hour and 45 minute Google Hangouts interview the following week. This was an interview with the hiring team where I spent about 20-30 minutes with each person. Within the next few days they called with an offer.

Interview
20 minute friendly phone call. The next day received an email to come in and interview. Spoke briefly with 4 different people. They are all very friendly and positive. Overall it was a good experience

Phone interview, then in person about a week later with several members of the team with which I would be working. Everyone was incredibly personable and up front about their expectations, and I got a really good sense of the vibe of the company. They work hard but are incredibly willing to help out and don't tolerate finger pointing.
