Ghosted. Started with a phone screen with recruiter, then a session with a team member for cultural fit. After that I was told the team wanted to "expedite" the process, so added a session with engineering and UX on the same day I had an hour with the hiring manager. Thought it all went well, but have heard nothing either way in the weeks since, even after reaching out directly to the recruiter.
There were multiple stages of interview, around 5-6. Interviewers include HR, Hiring Manager (Group PM), HoP, developers on the squad, other revelant stakeholders (e.g. Data, UX). All interviewers were timely, easy to speak to and asked relevant questions. They also came across as open and transparent when asked questions, which is great. All the people I spoke to seemed to love working at Fareharbor.
Interview updates were frequent and interviewers happily shared any feedback whenever it was requested. Often in PM interviews I've found interviewers asking many irrelevant questions or having too many stages where the same questions are recycled, to overlapping stakeholders. I felt like Fareharbor striked a good balance of being thorough while remaining efficient.

Question 1
Questions included about technical Product Management questions, Product strategy questions, managing squads and situational questions. Depending on the stakeholder, some stakeholders asked a lot more about personal working styles and stakeholder management, whereas others emphasised strategy, prioritisation and execution more.
