I took an underwriting test and passed it. There was no interview with anyone they simply decided that I had half the couch and new and I was doing as a professional underwriter.

The interview process was completely done via the phone. I had a phone call with the hiring manager and then a phone call with one of the team members. The interview process was very quick.
