I went through a on-grounds interview at school in which I had the chance to meet the manager of the Operations and Technology Program. He was a super down to earth and funny guy. After a week, got an email invitation to go interview at the dc office. I had 3 back to back behavioral interviews. They asked the typical questions and went through my resume. It was overall an enjoyable experience, and very laid back. It took them about a month to get back to me after the final round.
