Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. There was a group zoom call and we took turns answering questions. No very intimidating at all. I got a call that I got the job about three days later.

What are the most important elements of customer service.
Pretty easy to get in.. I don’t think they interviewed me they just gave me an assessment and hired me very thankful for the opportunity to work within this atmosphere
Great even though I was nervous and it was a group interview and it wasn’t even my first interview but it is what I think it will be and I’m sure that I can get through this.
