The manager took me back for an interview right when I handed in my application. He was really friendly and made the experience comfortable. Since it was a busy time of the year, the interview was pretty fast and to the point.

Easy and straight forward. Experience not totally necessary. Good environment, people seem nice, hours are good and they are flexible. Asked about working in a team environment and how I handled working with a difficult co-worker.
one standard interview. Just like any other restaurant interview. They place special emphasis on bringing energy and being able to make people feel at home. bring a positive attitude and having experience will help otherwise you will likely start as a host
