Interviewed by executive recruiter; the process felt rushed and communication was sporadic. Process did not feel transparent. Asked to complete very extensive questionnaire that took several hours and yet the interview asked repeat questions.

Nebulous questions without providing much context or framework around expectations

Interview
Multiple panel interviews with compound difficult questions. Towards the end, some questions gave me an impression as if I was rushing for some snobby sorority. I interviewed with them years ago, and they ghosted me after several panel interviews. Against my better judgment, I recently reapplied giving them the benefit of the doubt that staffing changes would result in a different interview process experience. Nope. It was exactly the same process, and they rudely ghosted me again after several panel interviews. Ghosting is a huge red flag about their workplace culture.
