Interview
I had two interviews. Both times I showed up and employees had no idea what was going on. I showed up for my first interview and the managers weren't even onsite. Someone else had apparently cancelled and they crossed off the wrong person.
During my second interview the focus was much more on how much weight I could lift. That's fine but I'd rather just show then to be continuously doubting me.

Just like any other retail interview asking basics of how you would handle situations, and why you would wanna work for them and if you wanted to be long term or short

1st interview: Brief conversation with, who would have been a peer. Second Interview: Video interview with Regional Manager and HR Member. Odd second interview - the HR person was late and appeared to be driving. Not a very organized interview structure.
