I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Family Christian Stores (Ohio City, OH) in Jan 2019
Interview
Good. Very kind and personable. Asked questions like " What do you know about our products?" and "How would you promote our sales?" Overall, I believe it was a positive atmosphere with good people.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Family Christian Stores (Durham, NC) in Aug 2014
Interview
They had group interviews and I came in the day of to participate in the group interview. It was a straight-forward interview with little tricks or difficulties. The hardest part was being asked to sell one of the World Vision children because it's a decent commitment per month without knowledge of where there money is actually going.
Then I got called in for the regular interview and it was pretty standard procedure. It was my first job in high school, so no complicated questions about my past or future.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Family Christian Stores (Grand Rapids, MI) in Apr 2014
Interview
It was very basic. Sat down with the regional manager. They ask about goals and how you would handle certain situations. If you are decent at interviewing you will do fine.
