Family Central interview questions

You first go in will our resume and do an application. Then someone from HR goes over the paper work making sure that you have ten consecutive years of work. You almost think that you are in an interview until they ask if you can come back tomorrow for an interview. Next day there is a panel of interviewers asking a bunch of monotonous questions. same questions just worded in a different way.
