I found the interview process to be fairly easy and not intimidating. There were 3 hire ups on a zoom call, I believe the manger, supervisor and the site director. The interview lasted about an hour. They spoke mostly about the requirements for the job and expectations and asked typical counseling role questions. There was space for new to ask questions and get clarification. They were nice and flexible during the interview.
